How much does it cost to use this service?
Nothing. The seller pays us if, and when, our clients purchase their property.

Do you only help people purchase condos on this website?
No, we help people find everything from homes to office space as well as other condominium projects not featured on the site.

How do you find properties?
We have many sources. We use the MLS and other real estate databases. We meet with developers and architects who are building or thinking about building projects. We meet with individuals who call to tell us they are selling their property, either by themselves (FSBOs) or through their agents. Quite simply, we are researchers by nature and we hunt out the gems.

Are you licensed real estate agents?
Yes. We'are Arizona licensed real estate agents specializing as buyer’s agents in downtown markets.

Do you work with international buyers?
Yes. Arizona is catching the eye of the rest of the world!

I already have another agent but he/she does not specialize in Downtown Tempe. Can you work with us?
Absolutely. Your agent is familiar with the referral system. Ask them to give us a call.
